Count the McCoy Doctors - GIFs 2 and 3. Seven is there from TWO different timezones. We have the question mark pullover-wearing Seventh from season 25, but also present is the older and more dapper Seven from the Paul McGann movie.

Two distinctly different versions of the seventh Doctor - from two entirely separate time zones - join the assembled Doctors to save Gallifrey.

It’s probably just a production error made whilst trawling through classic Who looking for suitable archive footage of previous Doctors to include in this sequence.

But, then again, Seven was the sneaky, forward-planning Doctor, so you never know…
